Refunds - We do not accept returns or issue refunds, but we will do everything to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you have any questions about scents or woodwork, please reach out to britt@keystoneinspired.com.


Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges - If you live in the Denver area and would like to exchange your unused candle for a new scent, please email us so we can make arrangements.
